- The methodology called Creategics is taught in some intensive stages — Immersion, Advanced and, after this groundwork is done, some more specific ones, like Strategy Beyond Formulas and Organizational Diplomacy. This syllabus, at the same time theoretical and practical, brings to the apprentice some procedures and attitudes that will make a difference in the performance of thinking in any given field.
- The PIEx (Program of Invention and Expression) focuses on two different age groups within the teenage years. It stimulates the creategical "gymnastics" that widen the processes of thinking as it focuses the participants' real world and their specific concerns.
- Some of the courses are not advertised outside the circle of former participants. In these, participants are only accepted by appointment, a process that requires from ILACE mature and accurate observation.
- Some Application Programs are very much what they're called — programs that apply the methodology, instead of teaching it. These extra-curricular programs can be taught to closed groups, provided that participants have been through the stage of Immersion. This theoretical pre-requisite is the guarantee of efficacy. The content of these programs is closely related to methodology and focus on attitude, and are effective because they build a "culture" that is "strong and constrasting", according to the lewinian approach. The programs are tailor-made to specific needs of companies and institutions. Some examples:

All the courses created and offered by ILACE are taught in total immersion, following the lewinian strategy of cultural reversion. This approach, that can't be understood as "behaviorist", is actually one of the exclusive features of this Institute.
